Q: What is something you know now that you wish you would have known when you started? A: There are always hard conversations to be had, and having that hard conversation sooner always ends up better. There is less chance for things to fester or spiral out of control. It takes real discipline to be willing to say hard things to people who care just as much I do. Q: What is your favorite part about being a small business owner? A: Having a direct impact on our business community. Our team starting families, buying houses, and new cars because they feel so confident in the future of Rocket Clicks. Then our Partners having more time for their families, or hiring new team members, or hitting record revenues. At the end of all that hard work, we really get to celebrate making our community a more vibrant place to live and work. • We strive to be more than just bankers for our clients, introducing them to others to help them succeed.
