In some ways it feels as though time is standing still and yet somehow it feels like it's slipping through the cracks. This year has been filled with obstacles none of us could have predicted. Yet here we are, continuing to work together to rebuild what's been lost and prepare for what's to come. Despite the halt all of our lives came to in March, the Alliance is incredibly proud of the future leaders being developed right here in Waukesha County. We celebrated high school seniors, college grads, and graduates of our very own Advanced Leadership and LeadershipWaukesha County programs. Attracting, retaining and developing our future workforce remains a top priority. While we understand the coming months will not be easy for the business community or our education partners, we want to remind you of the great work that continues to be done.
