What has been your organization's biggest challenge? The unknown of the duration of the COVID-19 period and the ultimate longer range impact to consumer confidence makes developing thoughtful real estate strategies quite difficult right now. There are some very difficult decisions being made by many businesses as to how much debt/cash reserves to go through as we wait for a fully functioning economy to come back. What is the most important lesson you’ve learned in your career? Don’t complain unless you are prepared with a solution. Not always the easiest advice to follow! What is your personal key to success? When you make a commitment to someone (or yourself ) you need to always do what you say you are going to do. What’s the first job you ever had? Paper boy for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. What is your dream job? CEO of Vail Ski Resorts What book are you currently reading or would you recommend? "Am I Being too Subtle? Straight Talk from a Business Rebel" by Sam Zell. What is something unique about you? I was an avid collector of sports trading cards as a kid and I’m convinced that the constant wheeling and dealing with my friends lead me to my career in real estate! What is your favorite pastime?
