Wall mounting brackets use PL-79911.

If used on unbalanced loads, these units should only be used on a 4 wire
system with the supply neutral connected to the transformer. If used on
balanced loads, such as motor loads, then they may be used on a 3 wire
system without a neutral or 4th wire.
