Transformers have copper lead wires for hardwiring. Circuit breakers for instant reset (except pool and spa and Buck–Boost).

A full fault current carrying Faraday Shield (except Buck–Boost) prevents 120 volts from reaching the 12 volt side, as required by
UL-1571 and UL-1838.
